McLean County offers a Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) finance program to McLean County commercial property owners. C-PACE is an innovative program that enables commercial property owners to obtain 100% long-term, fixed-rate financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, resiliency, water use and electric vehicle charging building improvements. McLean County commercial property owners can receive funding for their projects from qualified Capital Providers.
